School Assistant Cook

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Cook to join our friendly catering team at Summercroft Primary School.

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Term time only - enjoy all school holidays off, providing the perfect family work-life balance.

Main duties include:

• Supporting the Chef with baking cakes and puddings
• General kitchen duties
• Preparing salads and sandwiches
• Preparing fruit pots and jellies
• Serving children during lunch service
• Cleaning and washing up 
• Assisting with paperwork when required

Pay: £12.57 per hour (£16,064 per annum)
